Resign online please
Fabulous innovation but I wonder, who else is using an online resignation system?
Yeah boy. A friend's company has this system. Now I wonder if you submit your resignation online, does it take places from the more-common 30 days notice upon submission? Or only start when the designated recipient receive, read and approve it? What if that one is a bastard who delay your resignation, causing you issues at your new workplace, assuming you found a new job and sign a new contract to start work 30 days later?
What if the system failed, then IT need to tender your resignation on your behalf? Does the "reason to quit" has a textbox or a dropdown menu? I can imagine a couple of options for the dropdown menu.
