BSoD around the world

Windows had its infamous Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) since PC OS entered the GUI age. Ok, maybe slightly later with Windows 3.1. I don't ever recalled touching Windows 1.0. Think I took a Jump, from DOS 2.0 and moving up the ladder to 6.22, before finally embracing  Windows 3.1. And as they said, the rest is history. How many times did one walked around shopping ground and found those LCD/Plasma TVs that did advertising to be displaying windows error message?
